Apollo converter copies your carefully and painstakingly designed menu structures from your old copy of Apollo (v0.5 or v0.6) to your shiny new copy of Apollo v0.7.
When you start it, it will tell you what it's about to do (because most people don't even read About… documents, let alone manuals). You should then locate for it your current copy of Apollo and then your new copy of 0.7. Apollo converter will then copy the necessary resources, performing any transmogrifications which may be necessary.
When it is finished, you should replace your old copy of Apollo with your new copy of v0.7 and restart your Mac. Do not attempt to do any configuration of Apollo before restarting, or you may destroy your copy of v0.7. "Configuration" includes launching an application through the "Other application…" dialog, launching an application with the option key down (to choose another document), or running the Preferences dialog, as well as running the main Configuration dialog.
